The new SP+ and TP+ low-backlash planetary gearboxes combine four key benefits: They provide up to 20 percent more torque, an almost 30 percent higher maximum speed, 6 decibels less operating noise and several additional binary reduction ratios.
All of this is packaged in the same compact housing – and all for the same price. That applies not just to the seven standard sizes but also to the HIGH SPEED and HIGH TORQUE versions.
New input interfaces and reduction ratios
In addition to the new look in our “Innovation Blue” color, the new generation of SP+ and TP+ gearboxes also boasts more flexibility. The input interface N, in other words a clamping hub socket which is keyed and therefore perfect for safety relevant applications like vertical axes, is now available. The keyed clamping hub socket will be offered as a standard feature as of May 1, 2018.
The portfolio for the SP+ and TP+ gearboxes now additionally includes a complete range of binary reduction ratios (i=8, 32, 64). At the same time, you profit from the familiar connectivity of the motor shafts due to the large number of clamping hub diameters as well as flexible output interface, also optimized for our linear systems.
