We are the right partner for special, non-standard gearboxes. In close consultation with the customer, the design of special gearboxes and high-precision gearing components are individually customized to the technical and operational requirements. For special requirements such as high speed, low noise or high torque, we develop optimal customer solutions thanks to our many years of experience and expertise. Furthermore, we provide support in the assessment of load tests and product engineering optimization. Owing to our steadily developing expertise, this results in tailor made high-end solutions, which we produce in-house.

Our strength lies in flexible production processes such as turning/milling, hard-turning, cylindrical grinding, gear cutting, erosion, generating grinding, and profile grinding, which we perform to the highest quality standards. A further core competency is our in-house heat treatment facility, where gearing components are annealed, case-hardened and cryogenically treated. Each hardened batch is tested with regard to surface hardness, case depth, and, where appropriate, microstructure condition at our in-house material testing lab. Even highly complex shape and position tolerances as well as gearing qualities can be ensured at our category 3 testing room using Zeiss and Klingelnberg measuring machines.
